3) Plastering : 1:5 C.M. with lime rendering smooth finish for internal wall and external wall with smooth sponge finish cement plastering.
4) Flooring : 24″ x 24″ Vitrified Flooring in all rooms and 4” skirting.
5) Kitchen Platform : Granite kitchen platform with steel sink and 2 feet height
glazed tiles dadoing above the platform, provision for washing Machine in utility area.
6) Toilets : 7 feet height glazed tile standard quality dadoing and anti skid ceramic tiles toilet flooring with for all toilets
E.W.C. with flush tank and one hand wash basin in each toilet.

8) Main Door frame teak wood with standard skin Door with outside brass fitting All other doors are standard quality with Sal Wood frames.
9) Windows : UPVC windows with safety grills.
10) Paints : Inside One coat of primer with two coats OBD paints and outside one coat of primer with two coats Asian apex paints
and Enamel paints to doors and window grills.
11) Stainless steel stairs case along with balcony with tinted glass and fittings.
